How much is your travel fee?
Our travel fee is based on the mileage used from our departure location to your service address. $1 a mile

For example: 20 Miles, 45 minute travel time your travel fee is only $20

How much time is needed to set up before the service?
Our staff arrives 10 minutes before an event so that they are ready to start promptly.

How much time is given to each person at the service?
For private service its based on your chosen treatment and if the client adds more time.

How much space is needed to be able to do massages?
We do not need a lot of space, in general, about 6' x 7' for (1) table massage.

Will the guests be disrobed for any of the services?
Clients have the option to disrobe to their comfortability.

Are there any additional fees?
We offer upfront pricing and there are no additional fees other than parking/valet expenses if your Spa service is held at a resort or condominium. There are no additional fees.

Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is always at the discretion of the client and are very much appreciated when offered.

How do I reserve my Spa day?
We only require a $50 credit card deposit to reserve the scheduled date. The deposit is non-refundable after a specified date. For clients that schedule over 3 services is on Spa day There is a 50% deposit required to hold the chosen date and time.

Our cancellation policy
Should a cancelation become necessary, a confirmed 24 hour written notice is required prior to the event date, or you will forfeit your deposit. You may however reschedule your event within 3 days of your original booking date. If you cancel after 48 hours of your booking, your credit card is automatically charged the deposit amount or you may choose to reschedule for another date within 3 months. Deposits for same day bookings are non-refundable and will be charged the full amount.

How to decide on the number of packages needed
Our company offers FREE consultations for body sculpting, wood therapy and fat reducing injections ! When you make your booking, consider the type of services and the budget you would like to spend over time. We carefully align the appropriate ratio of spa treatments to your needs. As a result, your contract will hold you responsible for the minimum number of spa treatments you reserved.
